DuckCard Community and User Content Policy

DuckCard is for consensual professional contact exchange. By publishing a contact profile, enabling exact-ID discovery, or using exchange, you agree to these rules.
Content and conduct rules
Do not use DuckCard profiles, links, QR codes, NFC tags, notes, or messages to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, shame, or target another person;
- impersonate someone, misrepresent identity or affiliation, or deceive people;
- publish another person's private or confidential information without permission;
- send spam, scams, malware, phishing, or unwanted commercial solicitations;
- promote hate, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, illegal activity, or other unsafe content; or
- infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights.
Only share information you have the right to share. Review AI-generated text before using or sending it.
Report and block
- On a shared-profile preview, sign in and choose Report profile to send a contextual report.
- On an exact-ID search result, choose Report this profile to open a privacy and safety report.
- Choose Block user to stop a new reciprocal exchange between the two accounts. You can undo the block immediately from the same preview.
- Use Report AI output beside generated content to send it through DuckCard Feedback for review.
Blocking does not silently delete a contact that either person already accepted. Each user controls the contact records in their own private workspace and can delete them there.
Review and enforcement
DuckCard may review reports and relevant server records, limit sharing, revoke links, remove content, restrict or close accounts, preserve evidence needed for safety, or contact authorities when required by law or necessary to address a credible safety threat. Deliberately false or abusive reports may also lead to restrictions. Reports are not public to the reported user.

Sign in, open Feedback, and choose Privacy / Security Concern to ask a policy question or request review of an enforcement decision. See the Privacy Policy for how report and security data are handled.

檢舉與封鎖
- 在共享輪廓預覽中登入,選擇檢舉輪廓即可送出具備情境的檢舉。
- 在精確 ID 搜尋結果中選擇檢舉此輪廓,即可開啟隱私與安全檢舉。
- 選擇封鎖使用者,可阻止這兩個帳戶完成新的雙向交換;你可在同一預覽中立即解除封鎖。
- 在 AI 產生內容旁選擇檢舉 AI 內容,即可透過 DuckCard 回饋功能送交檢視。
封鎖不會自動刪除任一方先前已接受的聯絡人。每位使用者可自行管理並刪除私人工作區中的聯絡紀錄。
審查與處置
DuckCard 可能審查檢舉與相關伺服器紀錄,並視情況限制分享、撤銷連結、移除內容、限制或終止帳戶、 保存安全處理所需證據;法律要求或可信安全威脅發生時,也可能聯絡主管機關。蓄意不實或濫用檢舉亦可能受到限制。 檢舉內容不會公開給遭檢舉者。
